Reading Challenge Update

Hi! Hello! It’s been a while since I posted. (I just checked – it’s been since April. APRIL. The procrastination is real.) But since then, I’ve been reading a lot.

Now, my goodreads goal for last year was 45 books. And I barely beat it by one  I was disappointed in myself but wanted to beat that goal, so I raised it to 50. Now I’m already close to beating that. As of now, I have read 46 books in the year 2018. I’m even 22 books ahead of schedule.

This is actually a large improvement from last year’s ! I read in half a year what I read in all of 2017.

But there’s also a problem. The year isn’t over yet, and I’m 4 books away from completing my goal for the year. So because of that, when I reach 50 books I will be changing my reading goal. It feels wrong to, somehow. Like I’m cheating? (It’s actually the opposite, if you think about it.) But I’m going to do it anyways. I just need to figure out what to change my goal to.

And when I figure it out, you guys will be the first to know.
(I sound so pathetic. I know.)

But anyways! Back to the books!

My favorite reads of the year so far are definitely the Addicted series. I’ve made a post about this series already, but I just can’t get them out of my head. It’s truly the best.

I’ve also been getting a lot into New Adult this year which brings me to another series I love. The Off Campus series. I don’t love them nearly as much as I do addicted, but these books are truly fun to read. I ate them up in a matter of days. I even lost sleep staying up to finish them. I 100% recommend this series to anyone who loves New Adult books, though if you’re a NA fan you’ve probably already read them. Oh well. This is your sign to re-read the series, I guess.

Anyways! Now that I’ve gotten out of the blogging slump, you can definitely expect more posts from me. I have lots of ideas and lots of time. (It’s summer, after all.)

Thanks for Reading with me!

  1. Hello ,

I saw your tweets and thought I will check your website. Have to say it looks really nice!
I’m also interested in this topic + have recently started my journey as young entrepreneur.

I’m also looking for the ways on how to promote my website. I have tried AdSense and Facebok Ads, however it is getting very expensive.
Can you recommend something what works best for you?

Would appreciate, if you can have a quick look at my website and give me an advice what I should improve: http://janzac.com/
(Recently I have added a new page about Rockwall Investments and the way how normal people can make money with this company.)

I wanted to subscribe to your newsletter, but I couldn’t find it. Do you have it?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    P.S.
Maybe I will add link to your website on my website and you will add link to my website on your website? It will improve SEO of our websites, right? What do you think?

    Regards
    Jan Zac
